Gerard Multiservices LLC may refuse service, restrict access, cancel suspicious orders, or suspend accounts involved in policy violations, false information, abusive behavior, promotion abuse, fraud attempts, or unlawful activity.
Our support team assists with orders, product inquiries, shipping questions, technical issues, and general assistance. Standard response time is 24 to 72 business hours and may vary during holidays, weekends, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary because of customer location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and force majeure events.
Customers may request cancellation within 2 hours after placing an order. After this window, orders may enter processing, packing, or shipping, and cancellation requests can no longer be guaranteed.
All sales are final. For health, hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, returns are not accepted on purchased products including food, beauty products, skin care, body oils, perfumes, cosmetics, personal care products, bedding, and home goods.
Replacement requests may be considered only when an item arrives damaged, the item received differs from the item ordered, or damage occurred before delivery because of our handling or packaging process. Customers must provide the order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a detailed explanation. Approval is at the sole discretion of Gerard Multiservices LLC.
Food items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Claims for wrong or damaged food items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
We make every effort to keep product descriptions, pricing, and images accurate. Colors may vary by screen settings, packaging may differ from product images, and manufacturers may update packaging without notice. Errors may be corrected at any time.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Gerard Multiservices LLC does not store full customer payment information on this website. Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, reviewed, cancelled, or subject to identity verification.
Gerard Multiservices LLC actively monitors transactions for suspicious activity. Orders may be cancelled without notice if stolen payment methods, false billing information, or fraudulent activity are suspected. We may cooperate with financial institutions and law enforcement when necessary.
